This ESP-LTD heavy bass is what every metal head and not only want's! The esp active system pickups are equal to the emg having great sound, especially when are playing both! The balance is awesome, no neck dive (esp quality), with the neck woods being great! The colour is black dark mat and this shape is perfect! The Extra long scale making this bass more special playing it, but most hard to find extra long scale strings. Perfect work by ESP!

After a quick change from strings supplied (recommended) to a premium set I had spare, this bass sounds amazing for around £500! It is extremely playable across all the neck and has a great action. Tones are excellent from the twin humbuckers. Finish is excellent for the money. For an everyday practise bass, its spot on and wouldn't sound out of place at a live gig. Would heartily recommend for beginners and intermediates with a budget that want a great bit of kit for the money.

Top-notch build quality, beautifully finished, and sounds fantastic. Compared to my other basses, this one is very well balanced and it just feels good in your hands. This was my first Warwick, and I think I'm sold on the brand. I'll probably buy another one in the future.

Picked this bass for its specs and looks. I intend to play metal with it, so I was looking for something black with an interesting shape, I also wanted a bass with simpler controls compared to other instruments which come with at least 5 knobs and additional toggles I'm a 'set once and forget about it' guy). It also has a P style pickup and a humbucker, which is a rather rare combo. And this combo works really well because I can get very aggressive or mild, warm tones out of this bass with the help of Zoom B1Four multifx. The neck and the body are very sleek and comfortable compared to my other bass (Jackson JS2), which is a bit of a wooden slab. This Schecter is more curvy and pleasant to hold.
