As to be expected from Hercules, this is a sturdy and very stable stand. The folding and detachable top is a good design and very transportable. It has page holders that make it suitable for outdoor use, although the weight that provides good stability might be a bit much for busking. I find the stand itself also doubles as an alternative stand fot my Tablet/PC holder.

This K&M music stand is undoubtedly the best I have yet tried or used. I particularly like the V-block connection between the music holder and the stand, which it is both solidly stable when tightened and very easy to open for quick dismantling. Although this is not the least expensive K&M model, I find it well worth the extra cost.
