Excellent controller, very small and compact with huge capabilities. I use it in Bitwig Studio and I have to admit that it works perfectly with the associated script (available on github). With EC4 you can control literally everything. It is well designed and durable, the encoders are excellent - the spacing is just right and I personally prefer the slightly "sharpened" encoders on top. The push encoder function is also great. The very good thing is that it has an OLED screen which is top notch - EC4 is very easy to program thanks to the OLED screen. Faderfox controllers are a bit more expensive, but the quality is worth it.

First Impressions: The Mixtrack Pro FX is aiming at a beginner's level DJ, that being said, this is a really high quality and I would expect that you could even bring this controller to live shows. The Mixtrack Pro FX has the large Jogwheel (6") and long fader-distances for the pitch sliders. This makes it really easy to scratch, adjust loops for the same pitch, and to adjust beats per minute. The first impression is that this is a really good choice for beginners who want to get into DJ'ing. Use: The use of the controller is very intuitive, all controls (play, cue, etc) are where you would expect to find them and they are mirrorred for each deck. The EQ (three-band) and effects are working well and the effect paddles where you can switch on effect (move the paddles in up-position)...

I first noticed the SC5000 in early 2017 when it was in for review at the radio station I was working at. At the time the SC5000’s were a very impressive price of kit and given Denon’s commitment to take on the dominance of Pioneer’s CDJ’s I decided to wait to see what they’d come up with next. So I waited and all I can say is that I’m glad I did. The build quality is absolutely superb with high quality components used throughout giving it a very solid feel. Got recommended Faderfox by a college and I am so happy for it. This is a fantastic piece of equipment. Very sturdy, great layout and it works really well straight out of the box. I use it mainly for midi mapping with Ableton Live as well as controlling hardware like my Zoia. Both are easy to set up it makes the fiddly parts of music making so much more musical in my eyes. I love the PC12 so much I got the MX12 as well. They are expensive for midi controllers but they feel more like instruments in my setup. 100% worth the money.

These new Faderfox units are very well constructed and offer a great amount of midi controller knobs and / or faders in quite a small footprint device. the unit feels very well built and the knobs have the perfect amount of resistance allowing for fast or fine tuning of parameters and the thing is light enough to be taken on the road without it being too heavy. Linking a 2nd Faderfox device to the first one also gives you the potential to have 2 boxes of Midi control only requiring one USB cable. Users of Elektron boxes also get other convenient features.. All up, this and the PC 12 are rock solid.. The only tiny drawback is the English Language version of the manual could be improved but all in all, very good.

Excellent value, professional level equipment. It is smooth to operate (including the amazing turntables that have a solid yet smooth and flowing feel - much improved over another well known brand. Highly intuitive in operation, fast response on the touch screen, well laid out, effects are well considered, also good layout and intuitive in operation. Personally I find it maintains sync better than the main competitor. The bonus of DMX lighting control - I have already used this feature and it is flawless. The only downside is no USB on top - but I simply use a deskside extension to make this easier. In all, highly recommended.

I am the owner of a Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3. The device is excellent, functional but not small! I was thinking about buying a mobile device for traveling. I needed all my devices to fit into a small backpack and not weigh much. Traktor Kontrol X1 MK 3 was perfect for this. I first bought one controller, tested it and was pleasantly surprised. Now I ordered a second one for playing in 4 channels! This device provokes me to play all the time :) The only disappointment is the lack of a built-in audio interface. But this problem can be solved.

A very well built mid sized DJ controller with abundance of features aimed at Djay Pro users! I've been using Reloop Beatpad 2 for a few months now together with Djay Pro for Mac. I am also using KRK RP5's for monitoring. Beatpad 2 is my main DJ Controller I use for club dates and making of mixtapes, edits and remixes. Pros: -Setup is incredible easy. If using Djay Pro (OsX or iOS) is a plug and play. (It also has a full support for VirtualDJ. Mappings for Traktor & Serato are found on Reloop's webpage). -Features are of the wall. You use those 8 pads for hot cues, loops, FX, sampler and slicing. The functions are controlled with the use of shift button and jog wheel. -Native support for iPad, iPhone and Android gives me a backup in case of computer crash. (I use iPhone). -Sturdy...

Got the F1, it's really nice but TBH, I'm not sure this is something to get. It has LOADS of features, and you really need to learn it good to use it. I also knew that before I got it. and I've used it in my sets, but It's just so useless... And I don't mean the controller, the controller is awesome, the idea of using a remix deck. If you're aiming at doing live sets, where you mess around with stuff and actually make music, use Abelton Live. If you're plan is to mix all kind of samples over a track, well... why? The track has probably been well made, and got all the sounds it needs, if it doesn't why play it? So yeah, the F1 can do a lot, it's a really nice controller, but unless you've used it and figured out you have to have it, I don't recommend getting it.

Very Good differences between MK2. Motorised Jog Wheels is very useful and fun. Didn't turn off since the day I start to play with this controller. The channels meters much more detailed (3 yellows and one Red). The quality sound is better then MK2. DVS support included. Just use an Traktor Timecode Vinil with my turntables. LCD display with the essentials for your mix. Good construction material, more robust than the MK2. USB port hub included in the controller for connecting other devices (in my case an F1). Traktor 3 license included. I love the new key lock features, it seams to me that the sound become more "elastic". Definitely a very good upgrade from MK2 (my previous controller).
