Blown Away!
I had honestly steered clear of Hohner Harmonicas for a long time. Back in the day (mid 90s), I became disillusioned with the quality of their out of the box harmonicas. Then I was looking for a new Low Tuned Richter, I heard good things from fellow players i respect, all suggesting i give Hohners new line a chance. Man, I wasn't just surprised, but freakin delighted with the Rocket Lows big sound, reasonable sized cover plates, never had any reed buzz, and the reeds are super reactive! Honestly, playing these low tuned instruments helped improve my technique. This has reignited my love for Hohner, i'm slowly replacing all my standard tuned diatonics with Hohner Rockets.
