Nice Guitar
I really love this guitar. It feels nice, the sound is great and the finishing is eye catchy.
Nice 335 Alternative
This is a beautifully finished guitar with an eye-catching look. It has lovely sweet tones that lend themselves well to jazz or blues, but will also take a little overdrive for a bit more bite. The best tones come when both pick-ups are selected and it is actually quite versatile, I've been using this for blues/rock.
The fit and finish are excellent. The tuners are precise and don't slip, the bridge and stop tailpiece are high quality, the control knobs have a great tactile feel and the guitar is beautifully finished with no flaws that I can find. The pictures do not do justice to how good this thing looks. The fretwork is nicely done with no sharp edges and is well finished. It came pretty well set up, I only had to do a little work to fit my preferred set-up. The neck is slightly fatter than I normally like. That is my only real gripe, but that's just my preference and I still love this guitar.
Great guitar
Great guitar, it's sounds amazing and is very comfortable to play! I use it just for some home jams with Boss Katana 50.
Perfect build quality and good sounding guitar.
This is a really good guitar, nice finishes, a great sound even unpluged, and a awesome feeling in the hands
Its a nice guitar for the money
The guitar is well made for a guitar at this price point. Its not going to blow your mind. As with most guitars in this price range, it needs a little set up, intonation etc. I set it up with 11 gauge strings and replaced the nut with a graphteq one. WIth the appropriate nut filing the intonation at the low end of the neck was improved. Frets could do with a little polishing. Electronics are fine, though the odd little bit of scratchiness in pots.
Overall, out of the box its a 2.5 or 3. Add in a little work on setup and it creeps higher towards 3.5 or 4, though probably not all the way.
Classy
Guitar has a great sound (I use it with a Fender Champion Amp). It came well set up and with decent strings. Looks really good and is comfortable to play. I would have no hesitation gigging with this classy instrument.
Great semi-acoustic guitar at a very competitive price
I ordered the AS73 on a Tuesday and got it delivered before the weekend. Played great straight out of the box. The look and feel is great; a very classic look. I play quite straightforward acoustic rock and this suits my needs well.
It's got a nice, loud tone and I can definitely see myself play this on stage very soon. Definitely recommend the guitar for anyone playing rock/blues/jazz type music.
I would recommend buying strap locks along with it because the strap button is behind the guitar neck and doesn't hold too well with thick leather straps.
Great value for money!
Good value for the price. Build quality is good and the setup was great out of the box, good action.
I have owned this guitar for 6 months now, the pickup?s are nice and sound ok, might change those one day. After about 4 months I experienced some fret buzz, nothing serious, not noticeable when finger picking but with a pick it?s subtle but there. This is a great instrument and perfect for those looking for a good semi-hollow at a great price.
Great Guitar
This is an awesome instrument. It sounds, looks, feels, tastes and smells great! Buy one....OK maybe one day I will upgrade the pick-ups, but that is a long time away.
