5-string Banjo

Awesome and beautiful looking banjo!
I am really happy with my purchase. Banjo not only sounds great but it looks great. It is heavy so prepare yourself but it is nothing too much as they say.. Build quality is very good, skin on top is from Remo weatherking and it is tensioned nicely. I am not a professional banjo player but for the money it is an awesome instrument and I really like it! Great job Ibanez!

The 4 bracket studs, that hold the resonator to the banjo, were loose and fell out, and I had to glue them back into place. The tone ring was unevenly held down by the brackets which then had to be tightened up .Apart from these teething troubles, I have found it be excellent. I have had hours of pleasure practising my skills.
