Great Guitar for its price
It’s a great guitar for its price. Fair quality, construction and sound.
The best
Bought it because I am a fan of Daron Malakian, sadly not a big KISS fan, good sound, feels good, it's so light compared to my explorer, the only bad things where that it came a bit scratched but not too big of a deal and it neck dives. Over all good guitar and very unique looking.
Great budget model! Definitely worth it for the price!!
As fan of Kiss, I always wanted a signature model for my collection and I was nothing short of delighted to get this. It is a well built model and great guitar for the price. Though there are other superior Paul Stanley models out there thats cost much more, this model is a good one to start off with for people who may be starting to learn guitar and the quality on hand here is a steal for the price and miles beyond what I started off with years ago. I do like the pickups though my preferences differ from what this model offers, pickups can always be changed to ones preferences so there is no loss here if you want a cheap Paul Stanley model that would play like a million bucks with a simple pickups change. I love the aesthetic of this guitar and its even more beautiful to see it in person. Definitely worth it for the price!!
Great guitar with some minor cosmetic imperfections
I was debating getting the PS120 but ultimately went with the PS60 as it was half the price. For its price point the PS60's quality, both in terms of sound and build, is leagues above the Epiphone I had previously. It required no setting up out of the box beyond tuning, no truss rod adjusting, and there was no fret buzz as there was with the Epiphone out of the box.
There are some minor cosmetic issues that one would accept given the price point; there are two very minor imperfections in the binding for instance, and the mirror pickguard had a small scratch on it, but for the price point you really can't go wrong. Certainly the best guitar I've played in the general price range.
The tones are quite varied given there only being one tone switch (as opposed to the two found on a Les Paul, for example) and running it through a BOSS Katana the sound is incredible.
All in all very pleased with my purchase.
