Very poor Q.C for the price

Bought this with an expectation based on Japanese craftsmanship and reputation. Whilst there was lots to like and praise about this guitar, it was let down by terrible Q.C. as it contained multiple flaws that should never has left the factory, including chipped snd damaged neck binding, a small lump and discolouration on the neck, terrible fret ends, tooling marks all over the neck binding, poorly finished fret ends and upper frets with flat tops that had not been crowned following levelling - acceptable on a cheap starter guitar, but totally unacceptable on guitar at this level of expense. Maybe I just got a really bad example, but why did it leave the factory like this? Will be returning.

Perfect guitar

I have the guitar for 2 months, i had a Jackson Monarch (Les Paul style) with active Seym. Dun. I m 191cm and the jackson was perfect for rythm, but as i progressed, and wanted to solo more, i had the feeling that the fretboard was to low and i wasnt comfortable. If you want to play mainly rythm guitar (rock metal) you dont need the Ibanez . You Can have crunchy sound easier with a cheap guitar but with active humbuckers. But if you want to play everything Ibanez is the tool.

Ergonomiccaly is closer to a strat. The guitar looks amazing, better than the photos. The quality is perfect. I love my Jackson but comparing the two, Jackson in front of Prestige feels like a toy guitar....

I play for 2 years so i can not fully appreciate this guitar, but my musician friends are looking the guitar and wish they could play (hahahaha), they say this guitar is far superior than a JEM......It is an airway......hahahahaha

I m very happy with this guitar, it changed the way a play and it looks amazinggggg
