Fantastic to play, visually looks a bit darker
Feels immediately comfortable and natural to play. Came set up perfectly with low action. The neck feels fast and smooth. Tremolo feels good, stays in tune like you'd expect. The pickups sound modern and tight, easy to get that fun "shredding" tone, but also with lots of variability using the coil tap switch.
On my specific guitar, the blue fade on the body is quite a bit darker than the store image. You can't easily see the quilted maple patterns on the lower 1/3 of the body. And the back of the neck is almost as dark as the fretboard itself. It still looks great, but it's a deeper darker ocean under that iceberg gradient.
