If you’re one od those Frusciante gear adicts, you just can’t have a pedalboard without Ibanez WH10. It is incredible wah pedal with large frequency response. I used to have few cry babys, but when I got my first WH10, I immediately fell in love.

Frusciante's Wah Sound

Does the Frusciante white noise thing no problemo. Ridiculous volume jump when trying to engage wah over clean amp sounds.

Great for replicating Frusciante's tone, but not that great as a regular wah pedal

I love the Red Hot Chili Peppers and this pedal is a must have to get close to replicating John Frusciantes tone.

However, it's not a great product if you wish to use it as a stand alone wah pedal. I find i have to stomp the pedal quite hard to turn it on or off (quite easy when standing up, but difficult if sitting) and it is know for having a significant volume boost. You need to run it into a tc golden plexy or Marshall Jackhammer to get this pedal to behave properly volume wise. In addition, it has rubber feet (that can be peeled off) and bulky screw heads that make attaching it to a pedal board with velcro slightly more difficult.

Therefore, it is a good wah pedal for replicating RHCP and a couple of other bands, but i'd pick something else if I wanted a regular wah pedal.

Wah Wah muy versatil

Un wahwah bastante versatil. Gracias al control de depth, puedes regular que tanto barrido de frecuencia necesitas.

Particularmente me gusta tenerlo al maximo y tener un efecto bastante exagerado, que combinado con un delay al final de la cadena, permite lograr efectos muy interesantes tanto en limpio como en saturado.

Además, cuenta con buffer bypass, bastante util para una cadena de pedales larga. Un gran punto a favor es el que al encender el efecto, de añade un poco de saturacion, que sumado a un posible overdrive, colorea de una forma muy bonita el tono de tu guitarra.

Le pongo 10/10 y recomiendo para no solo los guitarristas buscando un tono tipo Frusciante, sino una herramienta creativa y de mucha versatilidad.

My wh10v3 broke after 1 week of playing. I now own a faithfull replica of the original wh10v1.

Good pedal for recreating Frusciante sound without extremal volume boosts and massive sound quality losses.

This is an amazing Wah pedal sounding awesome. Using it with Soldano hot rod 50 I have got an amazing articulate sound.
