Hopeless

My Win 11 with OBS works perfectly with two other HDMI to USB video converters. When I tried this earlier today, I got an image in the beginning, but couple of hours later it stopped working and Windows now notes it no longer recognises the USB! Have tried everything to get it to work, including different cables, to no avail.

In any case, during that little period that it worked, the image and colour were on par other image converters costing one third of the price. Avoid.
