Sounds Good, I Guess

I'm not a speaker obsessed person so can't say much with regards to sound. To my ears, it sounded like I'd expect a Jensen to sound. However, the connoisseurs will say you need to get a true vintage one or rip one out of a speaker organ. It's fine.

Don't tell me Jensens RI aren't good

Do not red forums about these speakers becouse you will get a wrong picture about these spreakers. I bought two of these and a couple of C12Q, installed them today and was blown away by the sound. I put one of each kind in my DIY amp and dte sound is amazing, expecialy considering they aren't even broken in yet. I had a couple of Celestion Bluebacks in the combo and way prefer sound of these, so do not listen to those suckers on forums who keep on saying that Jensen reissue speakers are bad and not worth buying.

alnico guitar pickups, valve amps & alnico speakers work a magic together un'noticed by all but the experienced.

I make my own valve amps and have this speaker in a epiphone cab, it is heaven to use. Absolutely everything else is second best.
