JHS Pedals Sweet Tea V3

Amazing! Even better than I expected.

I deliberated a long time before buying this pedal. It is quite expensive and I had watched many reviews online. I am pleased to say that this pedal is everything I hoped it would be and more! It comes beautifully packed in a cardboard box with lovely red cut paper padding inside. The pedal is beautifully made - it looks amazing even if it did nothing! On plugging in, the sound is amazing. I have two main guitars: a tele and a Les Paul and it sounds amazing (and slightly different, obviously) with both. The right hand side of the pedal (over drive) is everything you want in an overdrive pedal - for me I wanted that classic rock sound (think late 60's early 70's Rolling Stones) and it gave it to me straight away. The left side gives you the classic 1980's Marshall Stack sound. It's a very versatile pedal that can meet all your overdrive/distortion needs in one little box. The overdrive side is particularly versatile with an option to blend in as much "clean" sound as required and a switch that gives you two different overdrive sounds. I am really glad that I purchased this and I can't stop playing with it!
