I do not recommend its purchase due to the scratching background noise

Nice amp but started with background noises when plugged in.

Request to change it to see if it is a fault or a design and manufacturing defect. They changed it for me and I repeated the purchase so I can assure you that it has a design error. I do not recommend its purchase due to the scartching background noise as soon as it is turned on without a guitar connected.

Good amp for the money

I bought this last year as my first amp.

It gets very loud for a bedroom player and it was honestly quite close to the lowest possible volume throughout my time with it.

I sold it last week for an upgrade.

The sound of the amp is good, but nothing special. I have heard better, but i have also heard much worse.

It is ideal for a beginner player.

Acoustic didn’t work with the amp for some reason. My semi-acoustic sounded pretty good.

I never tried it with full electric guitar.

My fender bass was phenomenal sounding on the amp i must say.

Not too bad for the price

I bought it as a living-room amp and it does its job. However, the sound is a bit dull and the amp produces more white noise (hissing) than I would consider comfortable. Probably okay for this price level. Well, on the positive side, the look is not bad at all. =) More seriously, it is quite a versatile combo in terms of connections (except the missing phones output).

Great sound and features (but no headphone socket)

love this piece of kit. Ideal for mic and guitar input simultaneously. No use for practice though unless you have no neighbours. Please add a headphone socket in future models Joyo!

Great accoustic guitar amp

Hey there,

I bough this amp to try and see how it goes.

And i must say this little amp sound actually good for guitars

I "only" give 4 stars for features for the mic part due to the fact there is no phantom power. But at this price, i could not complain.

Great buy

I'm surprised

I'm a campfire guitar player, It's my first amplifier, I use it with an acoustic guitar and I would recommend it to my friends.

I'm impressed and surprised by the energy of this little box. So far I only played inside and couldn't use the full volume, because it would be to loud. I play maximum on half volume.

The sound is fine for me. As I'm not a professional, for me it sounds clear and nice. No clank or crackle while playing. While not playing, there is a little drone, but I'm not sure if the reason is my cheap cable I bought. As soon as I play, even if I play very quiet, I can't hear any drone anymore.

The material seems to me well worked and finished, Doesn't look cheap. I gave "only" 4 stars for the handling, because the grasp is quite narrow to grab it easily. Probably after several transports this will widen a little. I don't move the amp much, so I don't care. Only wanted to give all pros & cons.

So far I didn't used or tried the microphone channel.

For all who also buying their first amplifier, I was looking for effects like delay, reverb, chorus and all this other stuff. Now finally, most of the time I only use chorus and I'm absolutely happy. Maybe this helps.
