K&M 14066 Keyboard Bench - lightweight, portable and yet durable

The fabric cover is good so that nothing starts to sweat ... A good feature is that the height can be adjusted quite low, less than 50 cm. Otherwise, it is generally strong, yet light and comfortable to assemble. I also bought a K&M bench bag that fits perfectly. I recommend paying a little more money, but buying a crafty thing that will last a long time. The K&M 14066 is just that.

Nice bench, but not for pro use

Bought few of these, it is nicely made but not for everyday stage/festival use. This is more for home or studio use. One of holders that locks x bar bellow the bench dropped off. To be more precise screws that suppose to hold the holder in place could not provide firm connection between holder and the bench. Holder was made from plastic and screws were screwed in some soft material inside bench, probably plastic. It was normal usage and regular weight persons used it.

Good lightweight bench

I use the bench at home on a hard floor.

The build is solid, setup is easy and quick.

One of the rubber pads is a little bit uneven and not glued to the legs to allow for adjusting to uneven surfaces. However I've never needed that.

It's pretty comfortable even for long sitting periods.

The only con I see is the mentioned rubber pad. It tends to fall off the leg when the chair is moved, so I have to push it back almost every day. I just wish it would stay put.

It might seem a little basic, but getting this bench has really improved my playing experience. I used to play weddings and rehearsals standing, and I was suffering from back pain. Since getting the bench, the pain is almost completely gone. I find flat benches better than chairs as my thighs are not restricted by the edges. Also, not having a back forces you to sit straight and not rest against the back, which I feel leads to arm and shoulder pain instead.

It is very affordable, light, and can be set for various heights. It might not look like a high end product but mine has suffered quite some abuse and holds up well. I've left in the back of my car for several days at a go, suffering the hot Maltese sun, but apart from some wavy fabric on the underside, it's still in excellent condition.

Very good to sit, not easy to carry

This is a perfectly stable and adjustable seat in good quality and materials, sold at a good price. Could be even better if when closed, something would hold the folded legs in place. No problem if you just lay it against the wall but annoying if you want to carry it to the rehearsal room.

Thin Padding, Lightweight

Light weight but a little clumsy - I'm not sure how you can better that in an X design. comfortable but I don't know how it will work out long term as the padding seems thin.

Perfect bench

It is just right, not too heavy, not too wobbly, just right!

Nice and inexpensive bench.

Adjustable hight and foot to overcome uneven floors.Lightweight. The seat is soft and comfortable. Can be easily folded and stored away if required. I bought it to use indoor but can be easily used outdoor when gig around.
