I've ordered this stand and Gravity KSX 2 and, compared to Gravity, Roadworx feels much more stable. Also in addition to having 4 rubber caps (at the top, 2 per side), they've added rubber protectors in middle sections which allows you to position the piano close to the edge of the stand, without any wobbling! It was impossible to do with the Gravity stand. And IMO that's really important if you want to sit while playing the piano, since positioning the piano at the edge of the stand gives more space for your knees. At the beginning, I wasn't sure if an X-stand was going to do the job (visually and stability-wise), and was considering getting a original wooden stand from Kawai, but after testing it I have to say that it's pretty good and I just saved 100 EUR :D Definitely recommended!

I use this stand at live and home use. It's little difficult to assembly on stage but after few attempts you get use to it and it takes less time to do that. Best advantage of this product is that is really rock solid and there are lot of room for pedal board. Another advantage is that looks great on stage and you can play your keyboards in sitting and standing position as well. I would really recommended this keyboard stand to any keyboard player that play keyboards in both positions (sitting and standing).

Seriously, this is one of the best X-stands (or keyboard stands generally) out there. The height is very configurable compared to similar models, and the quick release is sturdy and super-easy to use. The rubber pads doesn't fall off easily, like basically every other X-stand I've ever used. It can take the weight of anything I've thrown at it without moving or rocking at all, including heavy block-of-concrete Yamaha keyboards. Despite it's stability, it's really lightweight and easy to carry around. I tried this long before I bought it myself, but as one would expect, nothing different with the one I ordered. Price is perfect. I really can't think of anything negative to say about it. For what it is, it's close to perfect.

The solution for all my gear instead of layers on my desk, giving this a shot and i am happy =) i did ..easy adjustable! Easy to setup. Feels solid! Takes less space & looks good! When this wall of gear is set its easy to change without taking it apart. I bought a lot of extra small brackets they are closer to the tube..so you have more space to look the stuff under it. When you use the longer brackets all together i found some discomfort because of the one above is shadowing the one under..so configurations enough. The side brackets are also pretty sturdy..Have fun upgrading!

Fantastic stand. I finally have most of my gear in one accessible area without using-up all of the floor-space. Make sure you order enough extra Holders as it only comes with the ones shown in the picture so if your like me and have a few mono-synths of varying shapes and sizes- you'll need a few more. One more thing- when tightening the tubes- when you thing they're tight- tighten them some more and the double check by putting some rotational force on a holder to make sure they don't slip any. I very nearly had a disaster with my Sub37 as I hadn't quite cranked on the allen bolts and the heavy beasty nearly ended-up on the floor!!! Having said that, once it's set up properly it will hold a ton of heavy gear. A good investment in keeping my beauties safe and accessible!!

It looks amazing especially in the silver (brushed alluminium). It is eye catching and incredibly flexible. You do need a tape measure to make sure that you set the support holders at the exact same height. I also had to make little marks on the horizontal poles to differentiate between left and right as when it is packed away and folded up it is not easy to differentiate between the four holders and positions. But getting the set up right is part of the fun and worth bearing in mind that you will lose a day getting the heights and angles right. I found that my top bar worked better mounted on the back uprights.

I'm using it in my studio. Bought it so that I could put kinda heavy stage piano on the lowest shelf. So it easily holds stage piano + prophet + gaia. Very stable stand, very versatile and easy to adjust. You can also buy extra holders if you have smaller mono/bass synths and put two on one shelf. All in all, great stand for great price. Before buying I spent some time looking for best stand for my needs and I think this one is perfect. So if you're in the same situation that I'm, I highly recommend it =)

This is a lovely piece of furniture for the ES920. If you need to move it you can, it can be removed reasonably easy, but it's more in my opinion a stand for where you want the "possibility" to have mobility of the keyboard rather than regularly moving it around. It is a really nice looking stand, and gives that "upright piano" effect that a criss cross stand is simply not going to give. Well worth the money. The stand allows balancing of the feet to ensure stabilty even on a floor that may not be flat, which was handy.

I purchased this as my old Casio display unit no longer worked as newer keyboards needed more space between each tier. So, this beast was ordered and I was surprised how quick and easy it was to put together. It was only going to be used in the home since I never worked with more than two keyboards but would have no worries using it for gigging. I used a modified Fender Rhodes piano stand which was very heavy duty for holding a fully weighted electric piano. I'm not sure the Jaspers would have really handled the weight even though the paperwork that came with it stated it could. I found the arms a little too flimsy for that but if you are only using it for keyboards (as I did) you won't have a problem. If used for gigging, it doesn't need to be dismantled if your car/van is long enough...
