Microphone Stand

Good
This is my first stand of this type so I don't really have anything to compare it against. It's going to be at a fixed place and I won't be moving it around much, so I couldn't tell you how much it could take. In my use case, it's a 5 star, cheap and from a good (from what I've read) brand, K&M.
Pretty good
I have other brand stands which seem more stable and stronger.
Probably better quality overall for more expensive stands, but, for home studio use this does great.
Just wish it was a little heavier and the legs a little wider so I could get a bit more reach...
Good though!
Disappointed
This product would probably have been just fine, had it not arrived broken. It's usable, just not to its full capacity. I'm not going to return it since it wasn't expensive, but I'm a little disappointed.
That being said, these things arriving broken is probably rare. As I noted, if this stand wasn't broken, it would be pretty good for the price. So far it seems quite stable, and it's easy to handle. However, it remains to be seen how well the various plastic parts are going to hold up in the long term.
Not very stable
This stand is good quality and seems like it could last, however it’s not very stable and that’s a disappointment as for the price this could definitely been better.
K&M 25400
Good for the prize. Feels light but does the job, I used it with very light drum microphones and it works perfect.
Nice stand
This is the cheapest one in K&M product line. So you can imagine it's not perfect. A bit of wobble in the legs department, but holding small condenser mic in a studio - does the job just fine.
Good Value
Does what it says on the tin.
Perfect
Great build. Very stable and reliable!
Best lightweight stand
I have a pair of these and I am planning to get more. I have a serious back problem and I need to use only lightweight equipment. This stand is very light to handle and surprisingly sturdy. I wouldn't use it for the heaviest mic's of my collection, but it is ideal for the majority of the mic's. Sm57s, small diaphragm mic's, also akg c414's sit comfortably on this stand.
Solid but lacks weight
The basic construction of this stand is of a good standard but it's difficult for me to extend the range of the arm without it tilting under the weight of the mic.
