This pedal is just stunning. The quality of the construction is great (keep in mind it does not have the place for 9V batteries), but the sound is just out of this world. The spectrum of sounds that you can get is unbelievable: from a Hair metal soft overdrive to a brutal distortion not tu far from legendary Boss HM2. Not cheap, but every penny was well spent.

Distortion pedal with multiple sound shaping functions

Distortion sound : amp like , very strong sound character between Marshall and Orange.

Tone controls : bass, middle, high, presence - frequency ranges set very well, Bass not too muddy, high/presence not too bright

Gain : works well with mini toggle switches , has a solid foundation of sound but also versatile

Guitar volume interaction : best pedal I?ve tried with guitars volume knob, when rolled back it produces great overdrive sound . No overemphasis on any frequencies, the way it works is a miracle, this pedal can be your distortion and overdrive, perfect for small boards .
