You have to know the difference in terms of sound difference between piezo pickup vs mic pickup. If you like very present tone, hearing every single tone and string - this is the way to go. You can get great sound even form not so good naturaly sounding guitar as oposed to mic pickup, where you get an original, natural sound of your own guitar.

I installed this pick-up in a 50eur guitar and everyone was asking me what kind of guitar is this with such a great sound - I explained, it is the pick-up that made this sound not the guitar itself.

Not to forget, this pickup is very feedback resistant, which is very handy if you play loud stages with stage monitors - I never had any problems on that side.
