the strings are ok.I had to get used to their sound round.In the first phase thought not give me low.I listened to their sound.I registered.conclusion; reported good sound quality, price.highly recommend.although other strings are more expensive and better, I will go with these strings from now on.respectfully; emil marcu

Great punchy strings with lots of sustain

La Bella make terrific strings, and super steps are no exception. They feel fast under the fingers, a nice tension, and the stepped core at the bridge means they work especially well on a 5 string low B (easier to intonate). The tone is bright but not harsh, and they last well.

Super steps = super bright

Quite like these La Bella strings.

Lovely bright tone which is what I like from a string.

The only thing is the fact that the bridge end of the string is only the core will mean a slight action adjustment
