Step On Up

This is an ideal case for building a guitar FX pedal. There is plenty of room for a circuit board and the hole for the cable is suitable for a full size potentiometer. The case can be sprayed using graffiti paints.

Solid enough foot switch

Solid footswitch, seems well built and robust enough for daily use. Had a compatibility issue when used with singular sound beatbuddy - but fine on other devices.

Great value here

Decent and reliable foot switch for the price. Would love to have LEDs on it though.

Lightweight and good quality

Simple as it should be.

Light weight, resistant and good material.

A version with led lights could be useful.

Excellent price for what you get.

Cheap and Cheerful

Cheap and cheerful. Does the job!

Decent footswicth

Not much to say, except that is decent footswicth, ecpecially if oyu consider the price. Cable is relatively flexible, I expected much cheaper and stiffed cable, but I was pleasently suprised. Cable lenght of 3.5 m is long enough for my needs.

Switch buttons work normaly, nothing to complain about.

In my opinion this is well spent 13,40 ¤.

Simple footswitch

This little footswitch enables you to switch channels on your amp.

It is well built and looks durable.

I wouldn't recommend using it for amps like a roland cube, because they demand a momentary switch, instead of a latch switch.

Other than that, it is a regular footswitch, which does as much as any other that costs 2 or 3 times more.

Cheap and no problems so far.

Not much to be said except that the casing feels a bit fragile. It probably won't last as long as the more expensive options but for the price it's pretty decent.

Solid, cheap footswitch.

Works universally as long as your footswitch input it a TRS (stereo jack) input. Used with my Hughes & Kettner Tubemeister 18 to switch between the clean and gain channel, with the boost switch being controlled by the second footswitch button.

Construction is fairly solid, can withstand fairly heavy stomping. Fairly light, which is a pro when transporting it, but a bit annoying on stage as it can move around easily - solved easily with rubber feet or velcroed to a pedalboard.

Only downside is there are no status LEDs, so sometimes it's a bit of guess work/hoping that I'm on the right channel.

Great pedal for bargain price.

This foot switch pedal is an excellent choice for among other amp switch pedals. Built quality is very good and from the price stand point, it is unbeatable. works great with my VOX AD 30 amp. I can use one switch to control the the two user customisable presets and the other switch to toggle effects on and off. Solid built and good response from switches when pressed. comes with rubber bottom for slip free use. cable is long enough to keep the amp from being right next to you. if you are looking for a affordable but working sturdy switch do not hesitate to buy it. The price is very good, too.

Good basic switch

The switches lack any real tactile feedback, and there are no LEDs to indicate the state of the switch, but the cable is nice and long, the buttons are easy to press and the chassis feels sturdy, (I've jumped on it a couple of times without anything breaking).

The switches are spaced such that it's possible to actuate them both at the same time which comes in handy if you want to switch channel and add a volume boost at the same time for a solo or something.

I'm using it with a Peavey VK100 head and it works fine with it.

Channel/Reverb foot switch

Fair quality, plastic sides though. The lead is permanently attached to the switch and is only 3 metres long so it has to be that close to your amp unless you buy an extension cable.. Would be nice to have a detachable plug so you can fit any length of cable. An LED for the reverb side would also be nice.

As described. Shouldn't let you down.

No bells and whistles but works exactly as intended.

It is solidly built and the switches feel like they could take a stomping.

Not for Up/Down switching

I bought this to use with my Eleven Rack as an Up/Down switch bu it didn't work. Then I figured out that Up/Down switches are different than A/B switches. This one is a latched (A/B) switch and for up/down operation you should buy an unlatched (or momentary) switch.

does the trick

i bought this for an old Laney amp - i'm a bit of a beginner with guitar amps and i was hoping to switch the pre-amp to get more distortion - this worked absolutely fine

i also wanted to switch the reverb but this doesn't work though i'm assuming it's a fault with my understanding or the amp and not the switch

build quality seems very good for the price

Good...

Bought as part of a guitar amp bundle by Kustom, it's very nicely built, the switches feel right & i'll dare predict they WILL last for a LONG TIME - as long as you DON'T jump on them like a maniac that is?

Then again, that's not exactly what any switches such as this are built for, is it ?

Take care of your gear & your gear WILL take care of you & NOT leave you stranded at a gig?.

Happy with it !

I have been stomping on this for a few years now and it still works like it did on day one. I have two, one for channel switching and one for reverb/boost selection.

Affordable pedal

The Lead Foot FS-2 is an affordable alternative if you are looking for an pedal for an amp that has both a channel switcher and a booster function (or some kind of on-board effect unit). The important question is whether your amp has a socket for a stereo jack. This is common for e. g. Marshall, H&K, and Engl amps.

The build quality of the FS-2 is okay. Of course you don't get an unbreakable device for that small price but you can sure trust it on stage. The spot where the cable goes into the books looks stable and should be able to stand some stress.

However, the major problem with the FS-2 is that it doesn't have LEDs to show the status of your amp. That may sound as a minor issue but on stage you will be thankful if you have an overview at one glance. so if you want to use it more than only occasionally you should consider to spend the money for one of the more expensive alternatives.

Lead Foot FS-2 Review

The Lead Foot FS-2 is excellent value for money. It is a third of the price of the official Vox foot switch and does the exact same thing for you. One problem with the Lead Foot FS-2 is the lack of led indicators to show if the pedal is active or off, but the Vox pedal also lacks the feature of led indicators. All in all this is a very good foot switch considering the low price.

low budget - why pay more?

Works great with different amps, so you have to ask yourself what's the point in spending more money for something that's flawless?

The only thing missing is a LED or two, but, hey, you should hear it anyway!

It's really stable, easy to use and foolproof.
