Great wireless, bit flimsy

Brilliant wireless digital technology. Very reliable. Unfortunately the battery compartment is easily broken, which deems the unit useless.

Could do with a better quality hinge design. That being said, it's a very reliable unit assuming it's not likely to get damaged during shows.

Simple to operate, excellent signal handling

This transmitter was purchased to take advantage of an existing Line6 Relay G30, to accommodate a second guitar. The G30 works flawlessly and this extra Tx just slots right in there.

I have seen reports complaining that the plastic battery door is too flimsy and breaks off. Yes it is delicate. I do not attach it to the strap with only the belt clip, I use a wide elasticated strap in addition which also covers the battery door.

This plasticky problem extends to the small buttons that secure the belt clip. You barely have to even LOOK at them and they break off. I might have chosen the slightly more robust G50 relay, if it did not have that stupid connector on the transmitter and the awkward external antennae on the receiver.

Still ok after 10 years in use

I've been using multiple (5) of these for over 10 years now. Rehearsal and live environments. None of them have failed me this far!

simple and reliable

I've tried a few different radio systems at gigs including the very latest from boss but I just keep returning to my line 6, easy to use, small and light and ultra reliable.

Reliable, great product

Never had a problem with this. I use in bars, open area gigs, festivals, never had interference. Recommend strongly.

Easy to use. I had a previous one that broke after 4 years, of heavy wear and tear which was acceptable. I recommend a holster because the clip part at the back breaks easily.

unreliable

The battery compartment is very cheap, resulting in poor contact with the batteries. I have tried to tighten it with rubber bands, it helps a bit but has failed twice at gig !

So, OK for home use or at rehearsal, but no for live use (not reliable). Otherwise the transmission and soun quality are OK.

line 6 g30

Received this replacement transmitter after waiting over 1 month and on first use one of the plastic legs on the back has fallen out and the unit doesn't work. Dreadful!

Great bit of kit!

This is a great piece of kit both me and our guitarist use these and we've never had any issues whatsoever with them, I'd defy anyone to tell the difference between using one of these and using a cable. As for features what more do you want you plug your guitar in select your channel turn it on and away you go! As always a great price and fast delivery!

Totally reliable

I have used Luine 6 G30 wireless for a few years and it has never let me down. The transmitter seems a bit cheap and plasticy, especially the battery hatch but it has never failed on the road.
