Have this thing for a few weeks now and am really amazed. Thick bottom end, fuzzy warm highs. Built like a tank and very very pretty to look at. I am running it in combination with oranges own 1x12 cab, they harmonize very well. If you want really sparkly highs, I'd suggest you run it with a tweeter or a 4x10 cab. The preamp valves really add a lot of warmth, from classic rock sounds to motown goodness, you can get almost all the shades out of it. Because the power section is SS though you dont get a really fuzzed out sound you might excpect out of an orange. But just add a pedal and you're good to go. Also: the addition of the clean switch on this newer model really works wonders. One gain stage less and it delivers crystal clear clean sounds. Ramp up the gain on that setting and you...

I sold my GK212 combo in order to finance this Markbass Little Mark Vintage 1000 amp with a Markbass S58R 410 Pure 8 Ohms…WATT a World of difference (pardon me the pun)! What a sound, finally my Sire Marcus Miller P7 lefty 5-String sounds like it has meant to be, even in flat, mixed or old-modus, a Markbass footswitch enables to put the amp on mute or to alter between EQ’s…from slap to old school, this amp has it all! Definitly the best amp I’ve ever used, and so light (3 kg.) in a padded amp bag! The cabinet only weighs 16,4 kg and a golden tip: purchase a Stanley 2-1 folding truck and you will roll to any venue wit ease!

I upgraded from a SWR Headlite to the Little Mark Tube 800 after buying a 4x10 104 HR and wanted a head to match the cab. As they're both rated for 800 Watts, it seemed like a perfect match. Out of the box, the Little Mark Tube 800 is built like a tank, there's a QA sticker from the MarkBass factory indicating they've tested it which is reassurance of the overall quality of the build. It has side mounted 4mm rack screw holes if you want to rack mount it too. From the front panel, the power switch is sturdy (My SWR's failed after a few years), and the controls are intelligently laid out. I had to use a Boss EQ Pedal with my SWR to get the tone I wanted. I use this amp for extreme metal - black metal, thrash, and doom. I've used this for a few months now, playing a lot of gigs, and have lent the amp out to quite a few friends. It has taken all these tasks on and performed admirably. The build quality of the amp is great. It's a nice solid body, all the input jacks are nice solid metal, and the switches don't rattle around or get loose. One minor complaint is that the knobs don't feel massively solid, but keeping the amp in a flight case negates this problem. I've never actually used the handles (due to the aforementioned flightcase), but they are solid enough that I would completely trust them. The sound of the amp is great. This amp looks and sounds terrific. It feels like a quality product and the range of sounds is impressive. Within a few minutes I found just what I was looking for: A little tube gain and a little compression. The powerful digital amp means a lot of headroom and a clear, transparent sound quality. My heavy old tube gear is now going to be retired and the Veyron is my amp of choice. I know the internet is full of worries about Bugera & Behrenger but if this amp is anything to go by you need have no concerns. It's got a 3-year warranty too. And at this price!!!!

Even though I have heard many times that other brands work better when handling low tunings, this amp head delivers an extreme amount of low end. I play modern Metal, with a 5 string bass that is tuned down to drop A, and my old Peavey amp could not do the job (sounded amazing for the rest pf the strings actually but it didn't for the thicker one) so I started researching a lot how to get an affordable and effective full bass stack system. And here it is, combined with two Hartke cabs, HX410 HyDrive and HX115 HyDrive, it delivers an outstanding efficiency and power for the purpose I needed. About volume.... 1000 WATTS!!! No more words needed. Its Brite button thing bright the sound of your bass and its Limiter function works more as a Compressor than a Limiter, which is great either way....
