Mackie Thump Go

I recently purchased the Thump Go speaker, and I have to say, it has exceeded all my expectations. From its impressive sound quality to its sleek design, this speaker is a fantastic addition to my audio setup. Sound Quality: The most standout feature of the Thump Go is its exceptional sound quality. The audio is clear, crisp, and rich, with a balanced range of highs, mids, and lows. The bass is particularly powerful, providing a deep, resonant sound that enhances any music genre. Whether Iâm listening to classical music or bass-heavy tracks, the Thump Go handles it all effortlessly. Portability: One of the key benefits of this speaker is its portability. Itâs lightweight and compact, making it easy to carry around. The battery life is impressive as well, lasting for several hours on a...
Marshall Acton BT II Black

I bought this for my daughter for her first apartment - she is very happy with it, playing many kinds of music on it every day. Sometimes connecting by mini phone jack cable, sometimes with bluetooth - both work well. I bought the first Acton model for my wife 4 years ago. It has great sound, fills a room up to 30 m2, including significant bass sound! It can also be used for small parties, to let people dance. Really worth the money! It has no battery, so the 5 star rating for the battery is not real.

I've had this speaker for almost 3 years now. I've used it consistently in a variety of scenarios. It's reliable, has good battery life, sounds great and is fairly portable for what you get with it, despite being a little heavy. The build is sturdy and doesn't show wear at all except for the leather strap handle which is slightly scuffed after nearly 3 years of use. The equalizer is a unique feature at this price point (as far as I know) and is not a gimmick. The knobs roll really smoothly and the click when you power on the speaker is quite satisfying. The only cons I could think of are firstly -the sound is quite bass heavy, but that's easily fixed with the equalizer on top. I set the bass anywhere between 4 and 6 and the treble all the way up to 9-10 and it controls the bass quite...
Marshall Acton BT II White

I bought this to use in the living room so I can reclaim my small monitor speakers for the studio. The smaller models were battery operated and I didn't want that. The comparable other options had modelling amp or other features that didn't appeal to me and I really didn't want anything with Alexa. So far I've just been using the aux input so I can't comment on the bluetooth feature. It's a solid beast, as you'd expect from Marshall. The bass/treble eq gives some good control. The sound is already rather balanced. I did think it would be louder – the only thing that it didn't deliver on expectations – but it gets the job done. Not enough to drive the neighbours crazy, enough to have music while cooking, eating dinner or chilling out.
