Matthews Effects Astronomer v2 Reverb
Effect pedal for electric guitar

Latest User Reviews
Ambient shimmer at its best.
This pedal has 3 algorithms... but I really just need the 1.
When I want a glowy shimmer on my clean tone, I turn this on and everything suddenly sounds beautiful.
I found with other reverb pedals that the sound gets very muddy if you play too many notes. Not with the Astronomer.
I don't know how they do it... but it sounds great no matter how I play!
If you're in a U2 tribute band... you'll definitely need this.
Lots of hiss - even in bypass
I've ordered two of these - and both of them had massive hiss even when the pedal is in bypass mode ("true" bypass apparently). I had to send both back. It's a shame because the pedal looks really nice, and some of the reverb settings are really good. But I just can't get passed the hiss.
