Bright and Warm With One Hell of a Bell

This cymbal is unique among the pack and has a bit of a story for me. I was in desperate need of a new ride for an upcoming gig and didn't have one available at the time. I needed to walk out of there with a ride that day, but I wasn't ready to compromise. I must've played every ride in that room, finding myself disappointed by some specific element of every one I tried. Then I spotted this beast near the floor and I moved it to a stand to test it out. I knew within 10 hits that it would be the one.

This is a monster ride with a soft and tender side. The bell cuts through everything like butter, the bow has a crispy yet warm demeanor, and the edge can create a huge, washy crash. This cymbal fits in everywhere from a sold-out arena to the corner of a jazz club. The bow has several sonic flavors depending on strike zone and stick choice and the bell is simply powerful.

Awesome cymbal.

Note: I was initially concerned that the overtones may be a bit overbearing, but they have significantly deteriorated with time and regular playing.
