Big bang for budget minded!!

It does what it says. It's a stable platform that holds our bass drum mic quite well. The hinges needed oil most likely due for sitting a while.

Great

Use it as my desktop stand for VOIP calls.

Pros:

Very sturdy build. The base is weighty ans there is no chance that the stand will fall over.

Cons:

It is not able to adjust the angle of the stand.

Millenium DS-10 Table Microphone Stand

Decent quality for what it cost, cable clip broke as soon as I got it out of the package, other than that it s lovely little mic stand !

Does exactly as expected

Great mic holder. Sturdy and solid, yet no height adjustment possibility. It is great value for the money! Great for small studio set-ups.

Would recommend!

Great stand

I like the rugged design. It offers both stability and sits well on the table especially holding a big and heavy microphone. Being foldable, that makes it compact to take along.

Bought this as a bundle with the Fun Generation USB microphone.

I got this mic stand thinking it would be better for my small apartment than a floor length one. However, the limited height adjustability means I often have to balance it on top of books or boxes so it can get quite unstable. That's not really a problem with the product, just something to bear in mind if you are planning to buy this.

Does a lot of jobs, analysis, kick drums, podcasts, a lot of things. Very stable, very ergonomic, well built and usefull. Recommend it. At least one of these you gotta have!

Great for desk use

Sturdy stand that is small enough to fit in front of my keyboard while using mic for voice communications and other stuff. No bad thing to say so far.

Could be slightly better

I'm using it for a CM-25 that comes with the 3rd Gen Solo studio bundle. The material is great, but I feel as if the two legs that form the base of this stand could be slightly longer than the arm to which the mic attaches. This would make the stand a bit more stable overall. Right now, it doesn't take much prompting to topple the mic over onto the front, just a slight accidental nudge or tug of the cable and the mic WILL fall forward. This could be solved if the length of the legs was just slightly longer. Not a deal breaker, the way it is right now though.

Simple and sturdy

Works well with my AKG P120, even on the upright position the cable fits just fine, adjusting is great but when you get it right it stays put.

Works as a floor stand

I haven't actually yet used this on a table. I use it to record things on the floor, and compared to regular mic stands, this is excellent for that purpose. On con side – although this stand feels heavy and steady – with a shock mount and heavy mic, sometimes it's extremely close to tipping over, so carefulness recommended.

Great little stand

Can be used as a table top stand as it is described and it works fantastically for home studio applications but I mostly use it for bass drum mike. It is of perfect height when the hole is positioned at 4-5 or 7-8 o'clock position and it keeps the stage neat and clutter free. It is really sturdy and I can't see it breaking in the next 20 years at least.

It broke literally the first time I used it. It's not incredibly stable and will fall over pretty easily. It's not as easy to use either. Wouldn't recommend that one. It's worth paying a bit more.

It does what you think he does, nothing more, nothing less.

Pros:

-Well built with rubber pins.

-Small enough to be easily carried around in a bag (that's why i bought it).

-Very quick to set up.

Cons:

-Only has the 3/8" thread.

-Thread locking could have had been better.

-Limited orientability (if you really need it go for a "normal" stand).

Do you need a very small and robust portable\foldable stand? Go for it.

mic' s best friend

Nice and usable mic stand. I bought it to place my mic on my desk and it does the work. Seems nice and works perfect, very solid construction. Althought it would be better if had adjustable height.
