Jaspers Tube Black 49,5 cm

I bought a Jaspers keyboard rack - one of the rectangular box types. It came with short side tubes but I worked out if I replaced them with these 49.5cm tubes, I could mount some of my 19" rack equipment up the sides. Works a treat. Wish I could post a picture.

I recently added two new synths to my studio setup. Rather than selling my existing Jaspers stand and buying a bigger one, I was able to use some of these (and the appropriate Jaspers connectors) to jury-rig an extra tier on the top. It worked. In fact it worked even better than I'd hoped!

Ultimate AX-48 Pro Mic Boom

Ultimate AX-48 Pro Mic Boom

This is an excellent mic stand for keyboard players, way better than a separate mic stand and really looks the part with the AX-48 keyboard stand as well. Stable and nicely adjustable. The only problem is if you're gigging with it you need to demount it via the large wingnut which holds the main body of the boom to the part which attaches to the keyboard stand. I used to screw the whole boom off each time, however it's quite easy to get it cross threaded and in the end strip the threads off. So now I'm on my second boom and have learned my lesson!

Jaspers 932S Music Rest

Jaspers 932S Music Rest

This music stand suits Jasper stands very well, it is designed to connect to the vertical tube on the stand but with a little fiddling you can connect it directly to the horizontal tube on the Jasper stand. The only feature it is lacking is the little holders that would hold music securely on the stand, but if you are keeping the music stand at an angle your music shouldn't fall off.

K&M 18868 Laptopstand Spider pro S

K&M 18868 Laptopstand Spider pro S

This is a pretty solid stand, it's well built and looks actually quite neat, for what it is. My only criticism comes from the connection to the main part of the Spider Pro keyboard stand. Although it holds the laptop stand in place reasonably well, I really wouldn't want to put a heavy laptop on it. Also the laptop stand itself swivels around whenever you push it around. I would prefer that once screwed down firmly it to, well, stay screwed down firmly. That said, it does what it needs to and I certainly wouldn't call it flimsy. Just that with the rest of the frame being so solid, that screw should be stronger. All in all, if a laptop on your Spider Pro keyboard stand is what you're after, this will do the job fine.
