Great Value Stand

I bought a lot of budget stands of millennium before and they broke and fell part, some even bent. This time I went for the heavier stand and I was so impressed with the quality and how sturdy it is. Very strong and a bit heavy which is great knowing that it won't just fall down or bend.

OK for the price

These are fine for little money but if you want a long lasting product you will need to spend more money. I got this one as part of a bundle package so would not have chosen it otherwise. Don't get me wrong this stand does the job fine but its only as good as the price you payed.

Decent Suicide Stand

These stands are great if you are doing an event/festival where your stands will be abused by the bands/crew, so if you dont want to bring out your high end stands, these work great.

Nice, strong and stable stand. A positive surprise for both price and make.

I have had no problems whatsoever with this one and it has been my main mic stand since I bought it.

Lightweight stand

Great for the money. Don't over tighten anything and you will have years of use out of these.

They are lightweight which is great when you have 3 stands and a set of speaker stands to carry. They are sturdy and come with cable clips. Iv'e added a pick holder.

Would buy them again if anything happened to them.

Good Budget option

Ordered this as a spare to 3 K&M stands i ordered at the same time, does the job, a little lighter and less sturdy than the k & M's but good as a back up/spare.

Good for light use / in the studio...

These are decent stands for light use. I have them set up permanently in my studio and they are perfect for that. But I wouldn't like to use them on the road. They wouldn't stand up to continuous setting up and taking down. Very good for light use.

Good quality mic stand at a great price

This is a great quality, gigworthy mic stand. I bought it for studio use, but have no worries at all about it withstanding road use. At this price it's way cheaper than any alternative I can buy locally in New Zealand. Also I think it is better quality than others I've bought at three times the price.

Good microphone stand

Good product for the price, only went through light use in the house, mainly for the home recording setup. Has a habit of falling over when heavy microphones are placed on top, if you're using heavy microphones I wouldn't recommend this stand, get something a lot heavier or else you'll have microphones hitting the floor a lot.

It would be more suited for light microphones like small dynamics like the Shure sm-58/57. Apart from that it's a decent stand, easy to use and does the job well, just don't put too much weight or strain on it.

TLDR: Great for light studio use, would not recommend for a live situation.

stand and deliver

quality product at an excellent price, terrific value.

delivered to Ireland inside 3 days.

I use it upright for vocal work but also at extreme angles recording acoustic instruments and it locks / holds securely with no slippage at all.

sturdy enough and if treated sensibly should last an awful long time, even if gigged and transported frequently.

highly recommended.

Good for those on a budget

Very good alternative to the more expensive K&M equivalents. They are very similar but the Millennium MS2001 is lighter in weight and not quite a stable - but the cost reflects this. I own a number of these and so far they have all been great. A definate recommendation for those on a budget.

A decent mic stand

I've been using this stand on gigs for brass and vocals. Once in position the stand is fairly sturdy and does the job. The only problem I have is with the join between the vertical and angled sections. It's forever becoming lose in setup or transit and you have to rotate the angled section around to screw it back on (a pain if you have the mic cable connected).

Cheap but usable

This is a cheap stand. And it works thereafter. It is certainly possible to adjust it as needed, but the boom quite often slips, no matter how hard you tighten it. But I use it daily so I guess it is good enough.

Good for light usage

I have had this stand for 2 years and it has served me well. I have gigged extensively and it has not broken. However, the boom does not keep its position as securely as it did when it was new when I use it for a heavy condenser mic

Millenium MS-2001 Microphone boom stand

For its price this Mic Stand is good value. The only criticism would be that it is a little light but at this price I didn't expect it to be that heavy. I believe it's made of alluminium and for what it is used (rehearsal and recording) it's more than adequate and serves its purpose.

Does the job

Does what it says on the tin. ive seen better quality mike stands but not at this price. Ive done lots of gigs with this item and it is still working well. Verdict: good value for the price
