Great quality

This is definitely on or with the more expensive XLR patch bay systems.

I’m not sure why there is a feature section as it is literally just to pass a signal through it cleanly. I gave it 3 stars because I didn’t see the purpose of that section and I also gave 3 stars for handling as it is fixed into a mobile rack unit so there isn’t a great deal of handling to be done, the plugs are smooth and effortless though so that is good

Good quality

The quality of this patchbay is good enough for the price, nothing fancy but still sturdy and well refined (no wiggling of any kind). The best feature of this patch bay is the possibility of mounting it reversed thanks to the reversable rack wings. That was a necessary feature for me, since I need it for Outputs on the front and not on the back.

preamp inputs

I use this for bringing the preamp inputs from the back of my rack to the front, it works perfectly well, phantom power runs through with no trouble and they are very well-made, strong metal construction, will last me for years

Great patchbay

Great patchbay. I re-built this one bringing the male connectors to the front and the female to the back. Easy to do. Great solution for me. There is nothing to say about handling and features; it's a patchbay

Great xlr Patch bay

I was considering the more expensive alternatives, but an XLR patch bay is not the sexiest way to spend your money so I opted for this one. For all that I can tell this one is very good. seems sturdy enough and is buildt like it could take a real beating. I'm using it in our rehearsal/studio room to patch in some outboard preamps between the mics and the mixboard. - Will expand this in the future to add more flexibility,

A good item with a few cons

While using this in an in-ear monitoring rack. Noticed a few cons.

First of all two sided mounting would be good. As well as switching the board inside is not an option. So when buying take notice what side has which type of XLR
