Mooer Micro PreAMP 005 Brown Sound 3

Unfortunately didn't like it

The knobs are very sensitive make it hard to control and the sound was not what I expected. Maybe others can find uses for it but I can't find a use for it in my pedalboard.

Great sound at a great price

I only tried it at bedroom levels but it sounds great. I have returned the MXR 5150 and the Revv pedals but I have kept this. The blue mode, I can't find a use for. But the red sounds great.

EVH-sound

Why buy an EVH-guitar amp- i thought: this would be it on a regular amp, and Yes, u got that squiliing guitar sound, reaal heavy. Nice box! I will recommend it! Much for youre money.

super small, super powerfull

This thing is simply amazing.

The amount of options on such a small pedal are insane.

If you are looking for the perfect travel rig and just want to plug in to the PA or amp, then buy this.

It weighs nothing, fits in your pocket and has all the sounds you need.

Pro's:

-Size

-2 channels with separate EQ, it saves the settings of your channel.

-Option to turn off the build in Impulse response (speaker sim)

-Switchable between 2 channel amp mode and on/off mode

-Tone ( it is really good...i mean really, even Cradle of Filth uses them live)

Cons:

-The eq knobs are plastic and feel fragile ( but what do you expect for this price range?)

-No battery availability

I owned the EVH 5150 iii so i bought this little thing to get rid of the kilos of the tube head :) i plugged it in through a Valeton cab sim and Thunder 99 from Harley benton and it just blew me away . I couldn't believe that i could get the tone of the EVH tube amp from this pedal . Best purchase i've done and i never have to worry about any gig or reharsal

Great little thing for the money

I purchased this pedal to avoid taking my amp everywhere and have a light/gig-friendly pedalboard. I have to say that i was surprised with the result. This little pedal is a monster. The cab simulation is more than decent. Everything you need for a small gig/tour.

Sorta like the real thing...

First impression was like... this is lightweight, noisy, i don't like it. Just like the real one! After some little tweaking it all came to life. With an overdrive in front of it, it became a beast.

The features are simple and basic. The cabsimulation on the other hand... it sounds awesome compared to more expensive products...

Want high gain? No need to search further. I am totally totally pleased.

Sounds so good even in clean ,i had 5150 evh and i can say both call each others
