Hands down favourite chorus pedal

Love this pedal. Very versatile, excellent sound. Sits well in the mix and has great features. There are no cons. This is an amazing chorus at an excellent price

Excellent variation

Really fantastic for subtle pad sounds if you turn the level to about 3 o'clock! I don't like mega heavy chorus but this does a great Leslie impression with the bottom three knobs all at 3 o'clock. I like it on my Ibanez rg with single coils and it sounds good on my jazzbox and on my les Paul with BKP stormy mondays pups.

Great investment tho not always on.

Great chorus!

I am not really a modulation effect player, however, I wanted to try out something new to me. Although chorus is a classic type of effect, I never really played one. This little pedal sounds very nice, and can come near a leslie-type of sound if you crank the rate know all the way up, which works quite well with a bit of overdrive. Otherwise, classic chorus sounds I've heard during the years in numerous classic songs, if a classic chorus is what you want, you got it. Handling is easy, has all the knobs I would want in such a thing. Works better with clean guitars, obviously, rather than distorted, however, still is quite musical with moderate drive. Which is great, because I usually don't play clean but always rather crunchy. Built quality seems great, have been using MXR pedals for years (mixed club touring and rehearsal use), not a single problem ever, and I think this one will follow suit as well. Particularly I like that the knobs are heavy to turn, so probably you won't turn a knob by accident - I love this in a pedal as these do get kicked around occasionally. Price is a bit on the high side, however, I wouldn't say it is overpriced - it's okay, but if you are on a budget probably a more suitable option can be found.

Good product!

Very simple and good pedal. I use it for electric bass and it works really nice. Not the cheapest, but worth the price. Recommend!

Great chorus

Great chorus with all the knobs one could ever want in a pedal like this. Can do anything from deep and wet Nirvana tone to more subtle stuff. The settings on the pedal are easy to use, but the manual has some examples on how to get different tones out of the pedal if needed. The pedal feels sturdy and looks visually appealing. The blue “on”-light in the middle is extremely bright, which is fun until you want to change the settings in a dark room. Also the power input is oddly on the right side. Apart from the nitpicking it is great, but a bit pricey pedal.

Lovely sounding and versatile chorus

Very versatile due to the added tone control. From deep modulation to a subtle hint of chorus. Built quality is great as expected from MXR. Greatly recommended !

Very good sound

If you want a clear, rich chorus sound effect, than this is certainly a very good choice. I had tried the EH Clone, sent it back since it was giving me a distorted sound. This work perfectly and as I expected.
