I picked a winner for my guitar with these strings. I have a vintage (late 50's-early 60's) Spanish guitar out of Barcelona, Argentine Walnut with cedar top and Mahogany neck with Ebony fretboard, rosewood bridge and headstock overlay and maple bindings. These strings have a warm, clear and soulful voice with a fast punchy response. Very even balance across all the strings. Also the nicest trebles I have ever had on this guitar after a few days to settle in. I have had them on for a few weeks and they just keep getting better... or is it the guitar loving the luxury... or is it me playing more and getting inspired. All in all a good choice and for the money, and well worth it.
