Nice

The reduced size is just perfect and fits nicely on my board.

Too bad it wasn’t sold with OB 1 Orange head but it’s really useful to me, I reckon I would have miss it

channel switching with delay

This pedal does what it's supposed to do: switch between channels on your amp. BUT! Major flaw: it does not switch immediately. It depends on how fast you release your foot from the switch before it switches to the other channel. Very annoying in live situations, or when you immediately want to change your sound. It's bigger brother, the FS-1 has a clicking footswitch, and does change the channel immediately. I bought the mini to gain some space on my pedalboard, but the regular FS-1 is coming back on. The mini - to me - is useless in a live situation. Also, when you stomp your foot on the mini, it's a bit unstable.

Small functional and cute!

Not much to say here, it is a footswitch that I bought for my Orange Rocker Terror 15.

It is small, functional, and super cute! There is nothing to complain about.

Build quality is great as usual for everything from Orange!

A weird delay in switching

First, the good:

- solid build

- very compact size

- stickers to label what the pedal is switching

Then the negative: there is a weird, noticeable delay when using this to switch from distortion to clean. For some reason, the delay is only present when going from distorted to clean, but not the other way around.

great small fs for your orange

I don't there are any comments needed - orange footswitch, three times smaller than the older one. You can get creative and put it in between your pedals as the footprint is really small.

Does what it needs to do

This pedal does what it's supposed to do: Switch channels. I use a Dual Terror amp and it works very well. It is solid and compact (which is why I chose it instead of the FS-1). I have not much else to say :).

PS: Be aware you'll need an extra cable to connect it to the amp.

It works

It's a footswitch, it has an LED, is had a load of stickers so you can label it for any purpose (including a couple of blanks for your own scribbles), you aren't bound to cable length as it requires you to plug in your own, and it has excellent small form.

I had the old FS-2 for my Rockerverb, and that thing was huge.. but the original FS-1 was barely smaller!

If you don't use a lot of pedals then it can actually be nicer to have the larger switch box, as I guess it is more "present", but for someone with a board this is much more convenient. It is super small and can cram in anywhere.

I DO think it is very overpriced for what it is, and I also think Orange should be including these for free with all its multi-channel amps... but still, I can't knock off any stars as the unit itself is perfectly good.

tiny, sturdy and cute

it's a channel selector footswitch, so there's not much to say about its features... it basically does exactly the same thing as its bigger brother, just in a third of its volume.

it really looks and feels well made, the switch works flawlessly without a noticeable clicking sound, and the operating LED is powered by the amp - so no other power source is needed.

above the LED there's a blank space, and various stickers are included - obviously in Orange styled pictograms

a great alternative to the bigger FS1 if you want to save space on your pedalboard or in your bag.

and, last but not least, it looks extremely cute.
