I think there is no compressor on earth better than Cali76. I used one TXL for electric guitar and now I've got a bass comp. from origin effects. It is a perfect pedal that I am never going to sell.

To me, a compressor is the most important piece of gear a bass player can buy. When my old boss limiter pedal died, it was time for a new compressor. I narrowed my options down to the following three:
- Lehle Basswitch Dual Band Compressor
- TC Electronic Spectracomp
- Origin Effects Cali76 Comp. Bass Compressor
The Origin Effects is truly a great piece of gear. It sounds great, adds fatness to your sound, and has a lot of options. Especially the HPF and the dry blend function make this a very versatile compressor. In the end, it was between the Lehle and this one, and this was the one I ended up choosing. Recommended!
