Good sounding hi hats. just beware that they have a very high pitch. In the beginning i was shocked at how high they were, in some rooms you almost get a harmonic off them, however in others, (mainly bigger rooms) they are great. They would not suit every style of music, so you may need to keep that in mind. Pop, rock, funk, suits them down to the ground, so if you are thinking jazz, blues or Motown you may need to get something a bit dirtier as these hi hats are very squeaky clean.
