This cymbal is an unsurpassed Hard rock classic (Legendary drummers Deep Purple, led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and many others used this cymbal on recordings and in live performances). If you only need one cymbal, then this is the cymbal that is perfect for crash and ride parities. I thought long and hard before buying it because it had to match my other cymbals (Paiste 2002, Paiste signature). However, this plate exceeded all my expectations. It sounds relatively low (the main tone is approximately the note - D) and goes well with other paiste 2002 and signature cymbals. Recommended cymbal for Hard rock, Heavy metal and vintage music styles.
