Greatly reduces Ground Loop noise.
For anyone looking for fixing ground loop problems relating to Laptop Charging / Conencting external monitor, This work lovely. Although it doesnt completely eliminate the effect, it greatly reduces it.
Groundloop solved
I had ground loop problems with my active studio monitors and the PLI-02 provided a satisfactory fix. Does the job without needing a power supply, sits unobtrusively in a corner. No noticable loss of volume either, which is nice. Perhaps on the pricey side and there may be cheaper options, hence overall 4 stars
