Built like a house
This is just a very firm, strong and sturdy case. I'm not worried about anything that's in this case when I'm playing gigs or when I'm on the road. When you pick this case up, you know you're picking up quality. A bit heavy, but you know this guarantees reliable protection. The soft padding on the inside provides a soft cushion for everything that's inside. Quality product!
Only the Best
Pedaltrain is famous for the pedalboards they create and there's a reason for this.
This thing has only the best quality materials!
well done
No complaints
This is pedal board is elegant and simple.
It can accomodate easily 8-10 pedals, I used Cioks power underneath so its very tidy. No complaints.
Sturdy & Functional
It's my first time to build a board as i'm more of a multi-effects guy. and this was my first choice based on reviews.
The Travel Case is very durable, slick and and lightweight. Interior is well padded but not very snug with the board (could be intentional to give room for the hands to pull the board)
Novo 24 came with all essential accessories to start building the board (more than enough velcro & zip ties) NOt a big fun of the rail design but it serves its purpose to have flexibilty in routing cables and to keep the weight light but because of the odd spacing , it was challenging to position some odd sized pedals.
But overall I'm very satisfied with the product.
Worth every penny!
The case is strong and the pedal board itself is extremely lightweight.
Size you choose will obviously vary depending on your requirements, but i think the 24 inch is a great size.
The velcro tape could be better i suppose - the pedals still move a bit when you apply some force - but still good.
Slightly on the heavier side when carrying the pedals around since the case is quite heavy - but considering the quality and how robust it is, it is totally acceptable.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Surprisingly well thought out pedalboard
I bought this to replace a T-Rex pedalboard, this was the closest I could find in terms of dimensions. However the extra depth gives a lot of flexibility for having larger multi-effects (modulation/delay/reverb etc) while still having enough room for a volume pedal. Only oversight might be that the gap between the two top rails might be slightly too far, but otherwise I'm super happy with this. The road case increases its value hugely.
great mid-size board
I use this board at home, practice, and gigs.
First of all, the build quality on both the board and the case is impeccable. The board is made of aluminium, so it's very light AND very sturdy, definitely road-ready! The case is padded with foam to press the board into place so it or the pedals on it won't move or be damaged in transport.
The board is a medium size, I would say you could fit about 12 normal sized pedals on there, or 10 + wah.
One of the main features of this board is the spacing. The gaps are extra small to be able to put modern, 'mini' pedals on the board. Even if you don't use 'mini' pedals, the spacing gives you more contact area between the board and the pedals, which is nice.
Also fits most standard power supply bricks underneath.
Great Pedalboard!
I ordered this pedalboard, upgrading from the Metro 20 SC. The soft case doesn't cut it for what I need. The delivery was quick enough and everything came as I ordered. The board is great, and the hard case is most definitely giggable, and of a high quality. I'm very happy with the board. It came with zip ties and velcro to get you started. A great professional board
The best
Hello, I was recommended to get the pedaltrain by many known sources and I totally agree. The pedalboard is amazing and the Tour Case is built like a tank. Took a while as it was my first pedalboard but once i set up everything, its so easy to use with pedals and ease of access is granted for my pedals..... locked and loaded.
Pedaltrain :
Pros- Amazing/ Inclined angle for easy access to peals / Truetone 1 Spot CS12 Power supply fits beautifully below the pedaltrain
Cons: Nopeyyyyy
Tourcase:
Pros- Built like a tank / Handle access / Can add any customised lock for the tourcase
Cons- Wheels could have been added as it gets quite heavy if you have to walk with it.
Overall, a good investment rather than patching up the pedals for each gig/practice.
The go to solution for pedalboards
This is my second pedaltrain I have bought and I bought it without hesitation since I already knew it would be very road-ready and sturdy. The board is easy to use and offers enough space for quite some pedals. The foam inside the case is flexible enough so you can add bigger/'higher' pedals inside. The only downside is that this size of the case does not come with wheels - the board (with pedals) and case together can get quite heavy. Other than that: great unit!
