Quality of sound/price balance!

I was very surprised how well this pair of monitors sounds! Bluetooth connectivity worked like a charm.

Great speakers for this price.

I use these speakers as my "mini hi fi" system. The second part is the LG V30 smartphone (it has the Saber ES 9018). I planned to connect it mainly via Bluetooth, now I can see that it sounds much better with the cable (minijack to RCA). Open sound, precision, dynamics, natural timbre of voices. I mainly listen to jazz, classical rock, but also Monteverdi, Bach and Beethoven. And I can safely take them to the other room: D

quality set of home speakers

this pair of media reference/home studio speakers are perfect for the bedroom or any living space. Great for playing tunes and songs via the amazing bluetooth function, but also as good at home in the studio. Nice bass, good mids and highs.

Good and solid.

Overall very good, solid speakers (monitors) with good sound quality. Small thing, the color of the cones seems to be slightly different. In one it is more blue(ish) and the other more grey(ish). I'm not sure if it is just this material or they were not matched properly during manufacturing and packaging.

White Noise and Electronic Interference

I was eagerly awaiting these and patiently waited the extra week of delivery time due to Brexit only for them to arrive and be immediately disappointed. The white noise on these is unbearable, imagine someone has started playing a white noise sleep track, this is what these will provide for you, with no additional fee!

Next lets connect the Bluetooth, and wow, it's gets worse. I don't know what chocolate bar wrapper they used for the shielding but I would suggest they use a different material in the future. It's a cross between dial up noises and popping. Deal breaker considering I paid extra for the Bluetooth version, and you know... I would like to use that feature.

Now when you have your music loud enough to drown out the above background noise, these do sound good. I would have been over the moon if it wasn't for the fact that I would slowly be driven to madness by the static noise. I'm just glad that I tested these before setting them into position and have all the packaging as they are going straight back.

I mostly use it to monitor recordings (guitar/bass/voice) or listen to music through the bluetooth function.

You'll get a better sound for music listening from a dedicated hi-fi setup but the sound is great if you're not a demanding audiophile.
