Good product

Very nice product, works great, especially with the Studio One DAW which is also made by Presonus. The 8 channels are plenty for me with enough gain headroom. Does not give a lot of noise when recording either.

Good and reliable

Purchased this as an upgrade from a Studio 68c, to add more inputs. I have been using Presonus interfaces for about a decade now, starting with my original Audiobox 44VSL. All have worked well and provide pretty low latency and ease of use.

Perfect audio interface for a small studio

I have been searching for a professional audio interface with a decent amount of line inputs (since I have a lot of hardware synths) and a trustworthy upgrade for my Steinberg UR-44.

After the necessary research I ended up with the Presonus because the specifications were attractive and it did the job "on paper".

I opted for a USB 3.0 interface. There was some doubt on going for the Quantum 48/48 range but that is (way) more expensive and to be honest: after using the Studio 1824c for a while now, it does its job perfectly.

The provided software is easy to configure (channel routing).

Build quality is excellent, this is professional equipment!

Low-latency "promise" is excellent. I haven't got a beast of a computer but once you get it set up right, the interface works like a charm.

I would highly recommend it over other interfaces because it is a modern looking interface, has excellent build quality and does what is says it does.

My third audio interface and probably the best!

I need 8 channels to record my drums. This is the best affordable audio interface specifically due to my purpose and YES it does. It comes with lots of features and software especially the Studio One Artist (which I upgraded to professional). It has two headphone inputs which is great. It works perfectly with it's own DAW.
