I find this practice pad to be just the right amount of rebound. It is relatively quiet (although I do practice quietly).

It is heavy, though I don't mind this as I rarely lug it around.

Very happy with it overall - although, some of the other models in the range seem a little expensive compared to this one.

Еhe only negative is that the green surface is not glued evenly.
