HK Audio Spare Diaphragm PR:O 12/15
Based on 9 reviews
The PR:O 12 is a great sounding speaker for the higher frequencies, so you'll know all about it when the HF diaphragm fails. At approx. 20 euros for the replacement, I found myself fortunate to have such affordable replacement parts for my speakers. Installation was quick and simple, any person can use a screwdriver and that's the only tool needed so do not be afraid to install this yourself. Personally, I've only had one issue with these speakers since I purchased them in 2007, so I'm not too worried about reliability if a self-service repair costs €20 and takes 30 mins every few years.
the box Diaphragm 3402
Based on 5 reviews
Bought as a replacement for a blown one in a "The Box" PA108A active speaker used as a floor monitor. Don't know if the previous one was faulty or if I did something wrong, but this one has been in place for over 3 and a half years with no problems. Pretty simple to fit yourself if you know one end of a screwdriver from the other.

There had been some very positive postings on the Lansing Heritage forum about these Radians - why I waited so long, and what put me off was the total unavailability of the C-1225 back cap, which is needed for several JBL drivers, including mine. In the end I decided to go ahead and make whatever was necessary to make them work. So the diaphragms arrived and I was able to take measurements and make some perspex backs. This took me most of an afternoon, and I needed: A vernier Engineers dividers A drillstand A bandsaw with a metal blade A fretsaw Files and knives. Perspex Superglue I also had to make a gasket...
