I have always played Remo. I find their heads reliable, durable, have lots of tone, wide tuning range, and hold the tuning well. I do not feel the need to switch brands. Recommended!
Great reso head
Perfect size, perfect sound. I was not sure what reso head to use on my 12" side snare, but this proved perfect. Easy to tune, sounds great and still kicking after months of abuse.
