Remo 18" Ambassador Coated Bass Dru
Bass Drum Head

Great product
The skin is awesome, sounds great, if you're looking for Jazz-style or generally speaking lighter oriented bass drum sounds, you won't go wrong with this one
The coating...always the coating..
Remo makes the best drumheads and Ambassadors are by far the best all around for any style! BUT... the coating man.... the coating starts to wear off in just a week of 5 hour daily practice. For snare drums it's really annoying if you play jazz and use brushes..
Good thump
I own a Sonor Bop kit. The factory skin is ok - it even has a dampening ring, but its not great quality. I swopped it for a standard Remo. It sounds good to me! A nice thunk from the pedal now. It also looks better than the see-through factory skin. I dont need to see the old pillow inside my kick drum!
Great head, great price!
I bought this a a bass drum resonant head and it sounds and looks fantastic. Price is good and as always with Remo, it's amazing quality that I expect to last for years. I use Ambassadors (coated) as reso heads on all my toms too.
