A good, diverse head, despite the stigma.
Very strong head that will stand up to lots of heavy playing. I sometimes like to use it as a resonant head along with a warm head like a coated Emperor as my batter. It offers an alternative sound to the punchy, studio-esque sounds that everyone seems to strive for these days. Variety is the spice of life! ;-)
The Best of Both Worlds
The 10" Powestroke 4 Clear head has the attack of a clear head with added tone. I switched to Powerstroke 4 about 3 years ago and wouldn't go back
