Brilliant! My favourite type of strap. I have used this type of (Fender) strap for some 15 years and this is the 4th of this type I have bought and now it is the only type I buy. (Though I do have others, just rarely use them) The strap is light weight with a shoulder pad that slides to stay on your shoulder and helps distribute the guitar's weight. As the strap is thin it is unobtrusive and not a distraction or obstruction like some of the horse belts on the market. Fender's quality is great and they last for years. Put it this way, I have never had to replace one because they are spent. Quality and looks great, buy one and try it.

I love these straps, they're so comfortable and look and feel excellent! Other reviewers mentioned the strap being way too long, but I don't have any issues. Like with any strap, some trial and error is required to get to your preferred length, but once that's done these are set and built to last. Been using them for half a year now to hold my bass (heavy) and I haven't noticed any tearing or deforming yet. Had to soak the holes in water in order to get my huge straplocks in, but that's all it needed to stretch out a bit and now they're nice and snug. Being leather, they need some moisturising every year or so to keep them nice and lively, but that's a 5 minute job and the reward for doing so is well worth it! I don't ever want use those nasty, cheap straps (you know the ones)...

I'm a bit split in my opinion of this product. On one hand, it is exactly what I wanted from quality and comfort perspective. The craftsmanship is truly amazing and materials were properly selected. On the other hand configuration, ease of adjustments and simply size range (like if they were thinking only about XXL size) are not what you would expect for such price. Highly recomending for larger persons, if you are smaller - look for something else.
