Finally found a great product after I had failed to find suitable lower priced usb audio interface - I tried Focusrite and Apollo, both of which gave me horrible crackles and noise. The installation of this cars was easy along with drivers and firmware update. Latency is very low and sound is crystal clear. I am very impressed and although you have to pay more than for other counterparts it's surely worth it.

The ESI MAYA44 eX boasts many features, high-quality sound, and a superb price-to-features-to-quality ratio. I've chosen it over the UA Apollo Solo. Current bug: an audible pop when signals stop playing when used as an ASIO playback device in a DAW. - Possibly hardware constraint, probably driver-related.
