Very playable and great sounding Pad. Many features, easy to carry around and thanks to the soft pads - not painful for your fingers.

This is magnificent!

If you are a percussionist, this is the best companion piece to a portable live performance. Easy to carry and light. No cons really. It's an electronic instrument but the bongo and conga sounds are pretty much realistic.

Powerful and versatile

I solely used this as my percussion instrument while touring Europe for 2 months. It's small, light, and packs a punch for what I was doing musically. The ability to upload my own sounds, create kits, edit sounds and play them was a breeze. Sometimes the issue was either missing the small pads around the perimeter or them not triggering as well because I was slightly off center. Otherwise, a very solid product. I love Roland and all their gear!

The PhD 20 truly meets all my needs and some.

The options I now have are only limited by my imagination I now feel I have a piece of kit that lets me grow.

Roland have thought of everything with this pad which gets me thinking and that is not a bad thing!
