Vintage classic in a modern box

I've used Juno as VSTs for years and finally decided to get a physical version of it. Love it! The sound, controls and look are amazing. I wish they put more than 4 voices since it's a digital instrument, but I guess it 's still worth it.

I absolutely love this synth.

It is easy to use, easy to program, and really fun to just mess around with.

I use it for my dubtechno style productions and this is just a dream to work with.

Absolutely recommend getting this if you love big lush sounds.

What's not to love?

It sounds like juno. it fits in a backpack. it's build like a small tank. Hey, did I mention it sounds exactly like the original juno? for 1/6 of the price?

Great - but Linux users beware !

Overall I am quite satisfied with this JU06-A, the sound is excellent and the build quality does not feel cheap - what I feared. 4 voices is not too few, but some might miss the 6 voices of the JUNO 60 & 106.

I am quite sad that the builtin audio interface does not work with Linux computers (Mac OS & Windows need a Roland driver). If this was class compliant USB it would have fit my setup perfectly, and I am sure it will for you too :)

Still, the MIDI USB works fine on Linux.

The Juno experience

The JU-06a complements my set up perfectly. Instant gratification, very easy to program and get gorgeous sounds inmediately with a loud output.

Classic Juno textures at your disposal. Bass, strings, leads, 80s, the Ju-06a can do it all. On top of that you get the unbeatable Juno chorus. What else can you ask for?

99% juice of the original

I had both JUNO-60 and 106 in my studio for test and comparison. With closed eyes you can't say which is the original and the digital.

For a crowded studio, the JU-06 is perfect to replace to "grand" synths. And the sequencer and the arpeggiator are very useful.
